The workouts I design are fun, fresh and effective in a relaxed and non-judgmental atmosphere. Everything you need for a great workout is provided at the semi-private studio. All you need is a willingness to work hard and a commitment to your goals. There is no joining fee or contract to sign. Your only cost is the price of your sessions.

The Fit By Design Studio in Lake City is a training space shared by several certified personal trainers who work individually with their clients. Sessions are by appointment only and at most there may be one or two other clients working with their trainers at the same time. During the session you will be guided through a workout designed especially for you.
